  I don&apos;t remember exactly, it&apos;s been ages since I saw this, but I think I remember the storm and fallen tree not happening at all, that they were never trapped, it was all in their heads, conjured up by Jane Doe.

  they needed to reject the body, that&apos;s the only way. she&apos;s a trap for everyone &nbsp;confined with her. this is a great film.

  To be fair to the coroner, seemingly “fresh blood” can appear to come from a corpse. After clotting initially, body cells break down and release enzymes called fibrinolysins. Fibrinolysins destroy the clots and permanently thin the blood. With the blood thinned, blood can look &quot;fresh&quot; if it escapes the body. So that would not have been a red flag. <br><br>That being said: The biggest red flag (before they even cut) to a medical person would have been that there was no blood pooling on the backside of the body. The pristine condition of the body was definitely the biggest red flag. Still, some professionals would have still cut and not thought to call until the extent of the internal injuries was seen. At that point it’s definitely time to call it a day!!
