  From my experience while living in a rental house, do buy 1or 2 good piece of land in the radius of 200 Km or any C or D city at lower price and that will give you better return after 10-15 years, you may sell that and buy a house of choice, may be small but with land ownership.<br>And if you own so called Flat or Apartment please do cash out within 5 to 9 years before building becomes unattractive, and buy a property of your choice with land, or just repeat the cycle while hedging inflation and increase your profit.<br>Always invest in productive property even farm land is the best investment.<br>Now world is GLOCAL, work from anywhere is the next wave, AI will create huge opportunities and Blockchain will kill corruptions. Think out of Box, in fact there is No Box.<br>Ankur Ji has been giving the best advise possible but as he said discipline is must which is very difficult for the most.<br>Thank you very much Ankur Ji for your hard efforts and guidance . 🙏🙏

  Alternative title “why one shouldn’t buy their family’s first home in their 20’s” it’s a different case if the parents are not dependent on you. We bought our house when we were 28, our parents already had their own homes. Best thing a parent can do for their kids is not making them their retirement plan. The conversation should be about how many parents use their kids as their retirement plan.

  Best option is buy house in tier 3 city in your home town and work in any city on rent so that you are free to move anywhere for job

  Ankur this is exactly the situation I’m going through right now. My parents are forcing me to get married and buy a house worth ₹60–80 lakhs. I’m really in a dilemma about what to do.<br><br>My dream has always been to do a masters abroad. I have been saving for it since the first year of my job because I want to learn new things, gain international exposure and build a better future. But now the pressure of marriage, home loan and my parents’ expectations is becoming overwhelming. I honestly feel stuck, between I&apos;m now 27 year old.
