  I learned the hard way....you cannot <i>start</i> wearing sunscreen in your 40s. Young girls, listen up. Start in your 20s. Start Tretinoin also, it was a miracle for me!

  I assumed glowing up meant something outside of the superficial stuff. I’ll always bathe and take care of my body. But I love growing older and how I look without jumping hoops. My mind is the true glow up.

  This is where I&apos;m at in my journey, super conscious of my circle and everything concerning my body overall and feel wonderful. Rather than focusing on irrelevant things, focus your energy towards yourself more, better versions of yourself will attract more opportunities and your tribe✅👑👌🏽

  Oof. The last sister gave me a reality check that I’ve been avoiding. If you constantly put yourself last, choosing to make other people comfortable instead of yourself, you begin believing that’s the only way to live.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVzIAkY42rA&amp;t=76">1:16</a> you dont always need sunscreen. If your skin sees 5 mins of sun everyday walking to and from your car you dont need it😂. Also we need the sun. Everyone is vitamin D deficient because of the Sun is bad propaganda. Unless you are sitting in the sun for hours everyday you are fine. Also skin cancer is like other cancers and can happen without the sun!!!!!
