  This story has all the same sensationalizim and mob justice energy as the Duke lacrosse case and the famous &quot;mattress girl&quot; saga. Seems totally designed to create two sides and get everyone super angry at each other. In other words a huge distraction thrown out to soak up the publics attention.

  Sorry. I’m skeptical if this woman is changing her story now. After seeing what happened to the Duke lacrosse players 20 years ago &amp; and the false allegations “Jackie” made at the UVA back in 2012, I need actual evidence of criminal wrongdoing. If she “consented” to all this in a sworn statement, was she lying then or now????

  I’m a Cornell alumna and i lived near both that frat house (west campus) and the accuser’s sorority house (north campus). <br>I was already incredibly skeptical of her story because she claims to have been completely incapacitated yet she has the very sharp memory to recall all of those tiny details especially all seven guys when she only knew one of them…that is just not biologically possible if you are drunk beyond a certain limit that you essentially “blackout”. <br>This might sound strange, but knowing that she was a tri delta changes the picture considerably because the girls from that sorority…let’s just say were known to not be the studious type and just party and have the reputation to be wild. Let’s just frame it that way at least as I have known them to be during my time there.<br>Read the original statement that she gave when it happened and she says everything was consensual. There’s no way that a man is going to force an incapacitated woman that is incapable of &nbsp;autonomous bodily movement to snort anything off of anything. Don’t buy it. $$$$

  How was this person not hospitalized based on the extent of the alleged substance abuse, physical “internal” abuse for such an extended time.

  I don’t understand why she has the right to remain anonymous, when she was less intoxicated than Male 1 &amp; 2. She raped THEM. So what is her identity? How can we find it?
