The most interesting of your podcasts because your guest was able to express the richness of their life and demonstrating that the usual swearing on your podcasts is indicative of a shallowness on the part of the presenters and the guests.

It’s an injustice how low your subscription numbers are!!! Have only seen 3 of your episodes but top notch content. I’m from the industry and I’m now spreading the word. Please keep up the great content and thank you for these superb interviews.👨‍🍳👨‍🍳🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇷

You chaps simply can't maintain this level of quality for much longer, can you...??? A+++ Another superb episode. As an old grey-haired baker and pastry chef I am amazed at the font of knowledge, candid openness and frank realities of restaurant and food prep life to be found in these interviews. Just brilliant. Thank you Freddie and Ben, very much indeed.

Amazing ,you will raise Escoffier from the dead next ❤
I cannot agree more about the good service being the big driver.
I mean the food has to be good but the service is quite often more important.
Marco Pierre white also said this.
PS could you get MPW on the show ?

Been listening to the podcast for a while but just wanted to comment here to say that this is a lesson on how to interview someone who has as many stories as Jeremy. You guys maybe say 100 words the whole episode, and just listen and let him talk.
I was lucky enough to work with him at the Wolseley and he was exactly as he is here, amicable, approachable and inspiring.

Great podcast, listened to quite a few episodes now and enjoyed everyone especially J.Rayners who I always thought was a bit of a CT but now a total admirer, great story’s even if you’ve never heard of most of the restaurants… working in this industry’s seems very similar to motorsport industry. Very enjoyable guys
