  Hospitality doesn’t get better than this! <br>These guys are without question the 2 best in the business! <br>I wonder how many people in Crouch End actually knows how lucky they are to have a restaurant run by JC and Robert!<br>I used to work for them a few years ago, they make everything seem so Easy, still so perfect, and being the nicest people at the same time! I’ve never worked at a restaurant at that level where you could actually enjoy your work fully. <br>A service to them is like a walk in the park! <br>That was my biggest surprise, they are so laid back, they are just miles ahead, everything under control all the time, just &nbsp;joking and laughing all the time. Never heard any shouting, never heard much at all. <br>As far away from Marco or Gordon’s tempers as you can get! <br>Even a staff meal cooked by Robert would be like the most delicious meal you’ve ever had! <br>They really enjoy what they are doing, and it shows in their passion, how they deliver, every service perfect. Staff treated like family! <br>This interview was long overdue. So interesting to learn more about them.
