  Don't stop doing the physics videos. You are a gift to humanity. Excellent presentation and insights that I haven't seen on YT before. I'm an old man and I've learned a lot from your videos.

  Talking about the chronology is great. It allows viewers to better see the process and not the flattened presentation that is usually explained. Good job!

  Thank you.<br>So many people approach me with &quot;crazy ideas&quot; about how to solve the latest and greatest physics problems but the &quot;establisment is not ready to accept them for being too radical&quot;.<br>A &quot;failed&quot; researcher working as a clerk in a patent office revolutionize the world of physics not by waving his hand &nbsp;and telling people &quot;trust me bro&quot; but by clearly, step by step, making his point irrefutable.<br>None of these people have actually any &quot;crazy idea&quot; in the sense of revolutionary. They all fall in three categories: things that we have already tried, things that are completely nonsensical (someone actually tried to explain to me that love is the actual unified force of nature and while I like the poetry of it... come on), and things that are just too vague to add anything of value (&quot;Gravity is actually quantum in nature! The trick is to find a way to quantize gravity!&quot; &quot;Ok, so what is the trick?&quot; &quot;I don&apos;t know, that is your job to figure out!&quot; Thanks man).<br><br>It also shows that even &quot;peerless genius&quot; like Einstein has been described are still able to see further because they stood on the shoulders of giants, as Newton said. Einstein connected the dots with a lot of intelligence. But he couldn&apos;t have done it without the dots, and people forget that.<br>People think that one night Einstein was sleeping, and waking up all of the sudden, he rushed to invent Relativity out of the blue, completely on his own.<br>Just like with the photoelectric effect, his stroke of genius was not to invent the theory out of the blue, but to know what to sacrifice: either Galilean relativity works, or the speed of light in vacuum is a constant, like Maxwell&apos;s equations predict (and that was a well known fact).<br><br>Just like Planck&apos;s genius was to choose thermodynamics but sacrifice everything else to get to new grounds, Einstein&apos;s genius was to sacrifice everything else except electromagnetism.<br><br>Well, their genius was to have that idea and also have the tools and the skills to be able to develop those ideas.

  I have to say, the pacing for the mathematics in your videos is perfect for me. Setting up all the diffeQs etc sincerely and skipping over the grunt work is a perfect mix. It&apos;s super nice seeing the exact mathematical motivation without getting bogged down in the weeds

  You&apos;re the only youtuber that touches physics topics in a responsible, clear, organized, and still rigorous way. You&apos;re making a better version of the channel I have always wanted to create since I got my PhD in physics, and noticed all the diluted and frankly misleading or even totally wrong content out there. Thank you for these efforts. 🎉

  I would like to thank for all the work you&apos;re doing, I&apos;m a physics student and it&apos;s so good to learn about the history of physics with this level of details and presentation. One of the best youtube channel I&apos;ve seen in a while, hope you get big and reach more and more people!

  I really enjoy how you break down the mathematical steps that Einstein, Planck, and others took to reach their conclusions. Doing that has made these papers much more accessible to me (I teach calculus and physics in a high school in the US). I would love to see you do a video on Einstein&apos;s paper on special relativity. Please make one. Thank you!
