JUMPS Investigates: A Family Haunting

Imagine finally moving into your new home… only to spend ONE NIGHT there before becoming too terrified to sleep there again. In this episode, the Jersey Unique Minds Paranormal Society Founder Doug Hogate Jr, along with @Paranormal Unearthed's Robert Orasi, responds to an urgent call for help from a young couple who believed something unexplained was happening inside the home they had just moved into. What should have been an exciting new chapter quickly turned frightening. After spending their first night inside the house, the couple experienced activity that became so concerning and intense that they no longer felt comfortable staying there. With dreams of settling into their new home and starting a family, they were left with a frightening question: What exactly had they moved into? Knowing how serious their concerns were, the JUMPS Team responded quickly to hear their experiences firsthand and conduct a paranormal investigation of the property. In Part 1 of this 2 part episode, the JUMPS Team conducts an investigation using paranormal equipment, observation, experimentation and our years of investigative experience to search for possible answers. Throughout the night, we attempt to determine whether the experiences frightening this couple could have a paranormal explanation—or whether something else inside the home could be responsible. Who—or what—might be inside this house? Could the activity be connected to the property itself? And most importantly, can we provide this young couple with the answers and peace of mind they need to finally feel comfortable calling this place home?
