✨Premier Custom Travel Planning & Private Guided Tour & E-books:
https://korea-properly-shop.fourthwall.com/

Note:
I made this video to help foreigners better navigate Korea.
This is not to say that all Koreans always abide by every rule.
Of course, there are exceptions, but that doesn't mean Korea is lawless.
If you’ve noticed locals acting differently from what I’ve shared, please understand that these are general guidelines, not absolute laws.
To the majority who find this helpful, thank you for your support and please enjoy my other videos.
Thanks as always.

I wish the no loud talk on phones in public was a feature here in the USA - nothing more annoying then having to listen to someone's conversation.

As a European, I love these rules. Especially the ones for no smoking everywhere, no loud phone conversation and no shoes inside... Wish we had these too...

I'm from Argentina, and about two thirds of these do's and don'ts are just the same in here. Honestly, they're mostly just "be civilized and respectful", which should be customary everywhere.

I don't want anyone to wear shoes inside my home. Therefore, I can fully understand the Korean approach ❤

As someone who used to live in the U.S. and relied on public transportation, life in Korea feels like heaven by comparison, especially when it comes to cleanliness, politeness, and safety. I’m definitely not looking back. 🤭 Take it easy, y’all.

I've been in Korea for 5 years. You shouldn't blow your nose loudly in public, but it's ok for the 아저씨 to spit, burp, hack, and clear his throat loudly. I was very surprised by that at first, but now I'm used to it.

6:40 Absolutely true ... I lived in SK for 18 months (with the US Military) and immeditely fell in love with the public trains and buses -- they are outstanding! Also clean and rigidly controlled; therefore, a bus driver looking at his watch, closing the door in your face, and driving off is very real. Also, train stops are usually a minute or less in time, so shut your mouth, get on and and don't expect a seat.
