  I used to be a food blogger in the 2010s. One of the main reasons I stopped is because I was sick of people copying me but getting more attention because they were better photographers.

  Russian viewer here. Hannah, thank you for calling out the copycat influencer! Many Russian speaking YouTubers cover topics from Western social media for their target audience, but many do this in an ethical way by providing their own research, in their own style. However some steal from smaller creators and are then called out. Plagiarism is frowned upon. <br>After you&apos;ve called out the copycat, many people came to rightfully scold her in her comments, including Russians. Thanks for bringing back justice!

  one thing I&apos;ve noticed as someone who has been on tumblr for 84 years is that so, so many people who post funny observations on tiktok are just reading out tumblr posts that have been around since the era of dashcon. and then 747368 people copy the initial copier. it&apos;s infuriating

  I&apos;m a viewer from Russia, and I can say that this russian &quot;creator&quot; been caught for stealing multiple times, from smaller youtubers mostly. She doesn&apos;t write scenarios by herself, she has a writers that copies works of others and serves it for her to film.

  I had an interesting case of this in my own home. I had a roommate move in and she was a an aspiring influencer. My apartment is decorated in a very aesthetic and visually appealing way, based on my own taste and style. She started filming videos with my decor as the background and kept getting compliments on it. She would post photoshoots of it to IG, made it her profile pic background, and eventually filmed a whole apartment tour of MY stuff. It got too weird because she didn&apos;t ask to do this and it was a huge invasion of my privacy so I called her out. Luckily this happened towards the end of her stay so she moved out soon after and eventually deleted the video (after arguing about it). But yeah, non-creative people trying to sell themselves as creative will never not be weird to me.
