I've recently come across some 'journal entries' I wrote from back when the estrangements with my daughters first happened. I have 2 years worth that I've put together in a new video series. Why do all estranged all say they don’t know what happened but then tell stories where you can tell deep down they do know? And then here your daughter wrote a letter and you refused to read it? Yeah you don’t want to read it because you know it would be all written out for you and then uou couldn’t claim not to know

One of the biggest reasons for fractured family relationships is undiagnosed neurodivergence. I would honestly suggest you explore this with an appropriate Specialist. It is more common than you may think.
