I love playing with basemental installed, it's so fun to do play throughs like this where the sim turns their life around. It's equally fun to make their lives worse haha.

If you buy "Patchy the strawman" he can give you daily seeds and gardening skills once you unlock him by constantly talking to him. He can also help with tending to your garden, and he can also be your friend or mate whichever you prefer.

Use the phone, order a rose under gifts, plant the rose in a planter, put it inside the house, and wait for it to grow. Your sim will have almost unlimited money coming in. Major LOL!

I like the gardening career because you can work from home. You complete a simple daily task and get paid the same amount, while building skills or doing whatever you want. I know for this scenario you wanted it to feel more realistic. But it's something to play with another time. Maybe an episode series on passive careers/ work from home careers. Love your content. <3
