  Retired lawyer here.<br><br>On Andy’s property, I can’t for the life of me understand why Chris his lawyer didn’t ensure that notifications were sent to the the property knowing full well it was occupied by sub tenants who wouldn’t otherwise know of the possession proceedings?!

  This drives up rents for honest people. Insanity. Considering that damage to the rest of us, slumlords/overcrowdinglords should have their properties overtaken.

  If that was my property I&apos;d 100% stay at the property all night with some mates. Just have a few drinks. Make sure that place isn&apos;t re-entered.

  People live in that because they are desperate. Instead of ticking boxes going on about safety etc how about finding a solution to housing problems.
