  I do feel sorry for Rob having to deal with that scumbag tenant who opened his home up as a B&B, and him losing all that money. He has a disability too. Be careful who you rent it out to next time Rob. Disgusting apology for human beings the horrible way they treat other people's properties.

  None of the slum landlords or rogue Tennants deserve to have their faces blurred out. They should be shown to prevent people falling for their antics down the line

  I’m glad I’m not a tenant anymore. My longest landlord was lovely. Let me be, sorted out what needed sorting. Last one? No repairs in two years. As there’s a gap where I’m still the tenant, but have moved out, he wanted early access to begin renovating. I of course declined. You don’t get to bail on your obligations whilst I’m there and then trying to patch it up for the next poor fool whilst I’m still paying rent.

  North West London has a massive slum landlord issue. They appear on these shows, acting surprised and shocked, and go right back to doing the same thing, especially in Harrow. I used to live the borough, down the road from that pub. The council know who most of these landlords are.

  They usually only answer when you have to pay them rent every month, but when you tell them that a lot of repairs need to be done to the house, they stop answering the phone and tell you that if you don&apos;t like it, you can leave.

  If tenants who didn&apos;t pay rent for nine months move out and you tent the flat to someone else, that is NOT &quot;recouping&quot; some of the missing rent.

  I live in the USA. We have many of the same problems. Rents are so high and I live in a college town. Often the students have many more people living with them than are on the lease. I get it. With the cost of a education and the greedy landlords there&apos;s no way out! I live in a apartment complex with one hundred and fourty nine other apartments. MGMT doesn&apos;t get the residents who are causing problems out,so the good ones move. Right now I have wonderful immediate neighbors,but so many here don&apos;t! Shout out to Ken and Sherub, thank you !
