안녕하세요. 저는 4개월째 폭식과 구토를 반복하고 있습니다. 이 영상을 보고 너무 공감돼서 다른 영상들도 찾아보게 됐어요. 저는 다이어트 강박이 심해 음식을 제한하고 매일 강박적으로 운동하다가 폭식과 구토를 시작했고 점점 음식에 대한 갈망도 커졌습니다. 폭식을 하면서 살이 더 찌게 되었는데 이런 제 모습을 받아들이는 것도 너무 힘든 것 같아요. 요즘은 먹고 싶은 음식을 제한하지 않고 마음껏 먹는데도 폭식 충동이 계속 올라옵니다. 음식을 허용했을 때 폭식 충동이 줄어들기까지 보통 얼마나 걸릴까요? 또 음식을 허용했을 때 살이 더 찔까 봐 불안할 때는 어떻게 받아들이면 좋을지 조언 부탁드립니다ㅠㅠ

저도 음식강박이 엄청 심한편인데 그렇게 했다가 살 엄청 찔까봐 그게너무 두려워요ㅠ... 그럼 또 후회하고 ... 정신적스트레스가 너무 클 것 같아서<br>그리고 제가 정말 뚱뚱한 몸이 아닌데 강박때문에 병원에서 처방해준 다이어트약을 먹다가 이제 슬슬 끊어보자 하고 지금 안먹고있는데 식욕이 엄청올라와서 또 먹게되고 이러니까 또 약 처방받으러갈 생각하고.. 너무 힘들어요 이럴땐 어떻게 해야할까요?
