To answer your question I would never wish you to slog anywhere or diminish your enjoyment one bit of any of the trips you undertake, one of your many talented attributes is your decision making and again due to conditions associated with both the weather and trail conditions you were right to stay on a lake that was producing some wonderful hard fighting lake trout. Well done Jon, also your comment about the trashed campsite was heartfelt, it really does worry me sometimes what our species is heading towards when people can leave their crap like that in such a beautiful and pristine eco-system.

One of the best parts I find watching you videos is how much compassion and kindness you show to the planet and all living things on it including cleaning up others litter , that's awesome. Need more people like yo that actually care and have a heart, 2 thumbs up to all your videos

The trash is so maddening. Too bad people cannot take their recycling home. That lake is so awesome and 91 meters deep...that is crazy. Jon, you deserve a break...muggy and buggy is tough.

As one gets older, a pleasant relaxing journey is sometimes preferable to rushing through for the sake of a longer trip. Enjoyed the fishing and the "Chill" factor on this video. 👍
