Having worked with the public, including in the National Parks, the lady saying she made tea with the sprinkler water after reading the sign saying not to drink it, and now she had an infection, is... depressingly true to life. People just had the STUPIDEST complaints, and nearly all of it was self-inflicted.

The fact that the population of Pawnee manage not only to stay alive but also to reach old age is nothing but a miracle. <br><br>Some of them are about to reach an IQ threshold that once crossed, they would need to be watered twice a day.
