  I think I found the Birthday PSA. It&apos;s on here as &quot;Birthday&quot; by ImmunizeOrg. There&apos;s no dinosaur cake, but otherwise it&apos;s pretty spot on. The original thread is locked so I can&apos;t post it there so I&apos;m just hoping Jorge or SOMEONE in the community sees this to pass it on lol

  This is a bit sad. I had a conversation with a person working in the industry. It turns out that a lot of old TV Commercials (TVC is what you call in the Philippines) masters are gone, because after a couple of years the magnetic tapes where reused. And many of the productions house are now closed.

  The coughing birthday child PSA was what got my mom to quit smoking the first time. I was sitting at her kitchen table while she was smoking, and the commercial played, and I just started coughing up a storm. She decided then and there to try hypnotherapy.<br><br>Long story short, she quit like 5 years later after relapsing.

  it&apos;s always 10x creepier when the ad is completely lost, as if it never existed. like imagine watching a disturbing commercial and then finding out that nobody knows where it went in the future😭 it amplifies the uneasiness!!

  Why do I have a feeling the Encarnacion Bechaves commercial is just regular commercial with a regular woman smiling? Like, when I saw the “jumpscare” recreation, I thought there’s no way that’s in any way accurate. I think it’s just a genuine smile from a regular woman, and when we call it “eerie smile”, we’re just commenting on the appearance of this unknown woman. I know some people whose smiles might look eerie to some people, but it’s just how they look unfortunately.

  I do recall seeing the birthday PSA commercial on Cartoon Network when I was a kid. I&apos;m almost positive it was about second hand smoke because I remember wishing my parents saw the ad since they both smoked well into my teens.
