  Something I&apos;ve noticed is people freaking out about the sizes of products in grocery stores. Some of the sizes were bulk sizes. They are cheaper per unit of measure to buy them in bulk and freeze them or store them. You don&apos;t sit there and eat a family sized ground beef for instance, you buy it portion it out and store it for later. Do they not have bulk sizes abroad?

  It’s only the Americans who live in the best shape that eat one large hearty meal and live on water for the rest of the day that keeps ‘em going. With extra leftovers at the restaurant, we have what’s called a doggy bag or take it to-go. Just mention that word to the waiter and you’ll receive a box to pack up the rest of your leftovers.

  If you want to/stay healthy, eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince, and eat dinner like a pauper. A little fat in the morning is satisfying and starts the fat-burning machinery, a little carbohydrates in the morning jump-starts the energy for the day, and protein regulates how fast he sugar is released into you bloodstream.

  Make it yourself when you get home Ranch Dressing: 1 tsp. each of dried dill weed and parsley, 1/2 tsp. each of garlic powder and onion powder. (S&amp;P if desired--) Mix with 1/2 C each mayo and sour cream. I like a little splash of buttermilk for some zing...
