  It was put on my heart to start a women's Bible study and, God willing, our first get together will be September 14th. This is the reason why I wanted to start one. Please pray for me to be lead by the Holy Spirit and assemble our band of sisters to stand against the lion together. Amen

  I wish I could say this was a sermon that gave me a lot of hope and motivation to build godly relationships, but I can’t. I feel like a failure. I’ve been trying to connect with fellow believers for quite some time. I’ve been going to church every Sunday. I join different connect groups and small groups every semester, pray every day and read the Bible. But I still find myself alone. I’m going through a pretty dark season right now. I definitely feel that the enemy has reigned over my life. But I will keep trying and doing what I’m doing. I just pray that God would give me a hand.

  I only watch Lakepointe online and have been encouraging my wife to join Rooted. We are on the fence due to our busy schedule. After watching this the fire is lit in me.

  When the challenge of 4 band of sisters went out; I had nothing. I live far away from my friends and family. However, I realized it had been a minute since I actually reached out to these important Christian people. So, today, I took action and all were receptive to making a commitment to communicate and support each other as a group, even though we are spread across the Country. I’ve been called to be the coordinator to make sure it happens. Now, I don’t feel so alone in my 60s. I want to Finish Strong for Jesus!!

  Pastor Josh I want you to know that I listen to your sermons on a regular basis and I&apos;m super grateful for your ministry. I love the message on Paul&apos;s relationship structures and not being unequally yoked. I think that it would be helpful if you mentioned situations where a person gets saved while already married to a person who is not. Myself my mother and my stepfather were all addicted to methamphetamine. My mother and I got clean and came back to the Lord while my stepdad was in prison. When he was released, he did not believe. Many times, people in our family told my mother that she needed to leave him but she did not give up. Through her unwavering faithfulness to the word of God and to her husband, he gave his life to the Lord in 2024 and I had the privilege of baptizing him. It takes me back to Paul&apos;s words in 1st Corinthians mentioning a person married to an unbeliever and how their faith could sanctify their spouse. I absolutely believe in not being unequally yoked but I believe that it is wise to mention the power of a believing spouse, even when the other partner has absolutely no interest in Jesus Christ. I&apos;ve never met you and I live all the way in Ohio but I want you to know that I love you and your ministry and hope one day that I make it to visit all of you down there in the great state of Texas!

  I’ve been alone for 8 years. No friends. No spouse. Only my growing kids in my life. <br><br>I’m in a bad bad spot. I’m a fallen Christian, who has rededicated my life to Christ, despite weak faith. I know I need Him. That said, I did just finish the Bible this week. The whole thing. Yet, I still feel a gaping whole. <br><br>I KNOW I need to get out of my house. I KNOW I need to find a church. But, I’m so under attack that the energy to do so seemingly doesn’t exist. <br><br>I’ve never been suicidal in my life. But, lately, I have asked myself a scary question, “would it be so bad if I was gone…”<br><br>Please pray for me. Please pray for God to strengthen my faith. To point me in the direction of a Church that he wants me to be a member of. <br><br>Please pray for me. Please.

  Having come out of witchcraft, drugs, drinking and the gay lifestyle, I absolutely needed a good church and good Christian friends. &nbsp;I just feel sorry for the Christian couple I moved in with, lol! They became good friends and I really was serious about wanting to change. That was a long time ago now.

  Me and my wife belonged to a Church of God for about 5 years and then we each had Godly friends that we met with every week. We trusted each other and helped each other. The Church split up and we haven&apos;t been to church in 10 years. Watching your ministry has ignited something in me and we are going to a church this Sunday. Thank you!

  You were blessed to be born in a family like that 🙏. My life was totally the opposite after 7 I was thrown in hell. I survived raised 4 daughters by myself and they are smart strong women with their own families. I overcame my circumstances just believing in God. It was very hard 😢 but I still feel blessed to have overcome with love in my heart for others. Thank you Jesus 🙏🙏
