I stumbled onto a fun one last year: Rollers of the Realm. It's a party-based RPG in the form of a pinball game. For a low budget indie game, it was surprisingly creative.<br><br>Also probably the first time you can <b>literally</b> be a pinball wizard.

Every pinball machine is you versus gravity, and gravity <b>always</b> wins.<br><br>It's a game of staving off the inevitable for as long as you can, via good aim, clever flipper skills, rules knowledge, and strategic nudging.

So pair of successors to Devil's Crush & Alien's Crush came out in recent years: Demon Tilt & Xeno Tilt. They have very similar structures to that game and have similarly amazing pixelated artwork!

One of my favorite Pinball games is specifically the Kirby Brawlball minigame from Kirby Mass Attack. It’s not incredibly out there or anything, mostly acting like a stock standard pinball game with 4 separate “bosses” you can access and fight. <br><br>However the mere fact that it’s a side-minigame for a lesser known spin-off of the Kirby Series on the DS, while STILL being a genuinely fleshed out pinball experience is just crazy to me. I’ve probably spent more time on the pinball minigame than actually playing the main campaign lol
