I loved when Kenner's off-screen Imperial Troop Transport officially became live-action cannon on The Mandalorian. Maybe we'll see one of these mini rigs in the new M&G movie!

Can’t believe you didn’t mention that the INT-4 was designed to fit inside the AT-AT. That was a major selling point for that vehicle, and speaking as a kid who had both, it was the stuff dreams are made of, completely legitimizing the mini rigs.

There's a kind of WW1 experimental vehicle vibe to a lot of these, in the sense that they look weird and we may look back at them and laugh now, but there was a time when they were seriously trying to field these things, trying to find <i>something</i> to give them an upper hand over the enemy.

The artwork showed the INT4 fitting inside an AT-AT, which gave it significantly extra cool points. Definitely top three for me.

The mini imperial shuttle (and some of the others) remind of the mini lego pieces that come out every now and then.

I remember when I saw the sand skimmer and imperial sniper in Droids cartoon. I got the mini imperial shuttle because there wasn’t a full size shuttle toy available at the time
