As a senior who has been cooking for many years, I live with one of my children, her husband, and their three-year-old daughter. I have been searching for new recipes, as I am tired of the same old thing, and my son-in-law is a picky eater. This recipe looks absolutely delicious, and if I wasn't sure, seeing you enjoy a big bite at the end of the video has me sold! This will be dinner on Monday, and I have subscribed to your channel. I made this exactly as described.  I used 8 roasted Anaheim peppers, six in the blender, two chopped.  It is SO DELICIOUS!.  I will make this again and again!

Oh my word, this looks amazing. Chile verde is one of my favorite foods, and this recipe looks authentic but still easy enough for me to make with a bunch of kids running around demanding attention 😊 Thank you for sharing.

A woman after mynown heart!!<br>Growing up in a Mexican household  in Colorado, that is exactly how I eat my Chili Verde, my Chicken Mole, Caritas a la Mexicana, Chili Colorado, and Chili Rellenos to this day!!<br>Mmmmm, Mmmmm!

Chilie Verde is my favorite Mexican dish. I've tried so many recipies and by the time im done my kitchen is a disaster.  I didnt want to try your recipie because it was too simple. Omg I am so glad I did. I've made it 6 times now exactly as is. It's fast, easy and not much clean up...and it's the best recipie for Chilie Verde. Thank you!
