  When I finally left a narcissist boyfriend (for the second time) I remember the first time I gave myself something to look forward to like a move to a cool apartment, but the second time knew I would miss the activities we shared that drew me in and I wondered what I would do with my time. But the relief in my mind of leaving was so comforting. I went out by myself to dance places he would never go, changed my wardrobe and just completely remade my image.

  Too bad I missed the live. Regardless, there were some very useful and helpful questions and answers. It can be crazy making dealing with such people who constantly dismiss, invalidate, gaslight, spread smear campaign etc. We can feel alone, unheard, like neither us nor our feelings matter, like no one even believes us. To make things worse, not all psychologists and psychiatrists even have adequate knowledge about such relational dynamics, which can easily lead to secondary victimization. <br>Thank you for your work and making us feel less crazy and less alone! 🙏

  I married a narcissist and left him with NO support as he fooled everyone and then when people were on my side, he was dangerous-physically. &nbsp;He is a monster.

  Gambling addiction had me stuck with mine. I knew he was cheating and continously lying whilst shaming, psychologically abusing and neglecting me. &nbsp;Absolute hell. Hate him
