  Remember that the Food Network chose Rachael Ray over Anthony Bourdain who, despite his numerous vices, was an actual chef that had respect for multiple cultures and cuisines. This is why I don’t trust the Food Network.

  Here in the Philippines, we always say that adobo can be made differently from another person&apos;s adobo, depending on where you are/ where you grew up in the country. But Rachel Ray&apos;s adobo version will be that one string where we all can collectively say as a nation: &quot;Haiyaaa&quot;.

  Just because we put sesame seed on shit doesn&apos;t mean it has to go in every Asian dish. Also cilantro and parsley go in pho and Vietnamese food.
