  Hit the nail on the head in every single way. What grinds my gears the most is when they hold us as sellers accountable to standards they themselves don't follow (for instance, contacting customer service usually takes multiple days for a reply, and most of the replies are NONSENSE that do not help. But if we miss a message for 24 hours, you bet they're bothering us about it)

  Took all of my Magic inventory off TCGPlayer a few months back and moved to Mana Pool. One of the best moves I've made.

  We are not at the this level. But we have been on TCGplayer for about 3 years now. Brick and mortar, WPN, LVL4, 6 figures a year. Customer claims Doctor Doom deck was missing from their sealed display of commander decks. TCGplayer refused to back us up. Told TCGplayer they need to get with the times.

  I hope they're listening! As a buyer, I wish they'd adhere to their own card conditioning standards and not send MP/HP when I order NM. As a seller I've had to change my conditioning approach to list only absolutely mint cards as NM and everything else as LP/MP because buyers ignore TCG Player conditioning standards and want PSA 10 gradable cards at NM. Not to mention scammers who swap out and return poor condition cards or just say the cards never arrived. I will give TCG Player kudos for their new incorrect address policy. So many people giving out bad addresses either on purpose or by accident!

  Solving shipping with integrated shipping and seller protection would be huge for TCGplayer. Shipping is always the number one gripe I see among sellers on tcgplayer

  Couldn’t agree more with this video, perfectly said. I’ve been a direct seller for nine years now and I also took all the cards valued from $1 to $20 and put them on mana pool because why would I pay the extra percentage in fees for no reason.

  Started off on TCG Player earlier this year. Absolutely disgusted on how many “lost” messages I get. Then for customers to ask is there tracking on a $5 order. SMH. I stopped adding inventory and I’m moving over to eBay.
