It's as Thor said at the very beginning, 'your ancestors called it magic, and you call it science. Well, I come from a place where they're one and the same thing.' Loki created the multiversal Yggdrasil from centuries of scientific and magical knowledge

The truly heartbreaking thing about Loki's character arc is that all he ever needed was friends. And yet when he finally found them, he had to leave them to spend eternity alone.

Loki once said that the last thing he wants is a throne, and in the very end, the very last thing he got was a throne. The moment he no longer wanted it, was the moment he was finally deserving of one. He made the hard decision, so now he gets the big chair.

I don't know about everybody else, but the final episode convinced me Tom Hiddleston should be a Doctor Who regeneration.

Loki played the long game and became the hero he was meant to become. Tom Hiddleston just kills it as Loki.

Fun fact: after the ending of episode 4 series 2 (when the time loom exploded) it basically meant that all timelines have been deleted and now never existed. So during the time of airing this episode for the whole week before the next one ALL the Marvel Cinematic Universe social media went silent and removed all previous posts. It's like you're going to Instagram - there is an MCU account, but it looks like it never have posted anything. Zero posts. The same on Twitter and YouTube. That was mind blowing.

While Loki is far from, "A shivering boy in the cold," he does save the multiverse, so big win.

Thor and Odin both knew Loki was meant for more, I wonder how happy they'd be to see him now

Loki&apos;s character arc from the moment we met him in Thor (2011) as the villainous God of Mischief who felt like an outcast compared to his brother to now as a man whose redeemed himself and understands his place in the universe and quite literally holding together every timeline as the God of Stories.<br>Excited to see what role Loki will play in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday since we wills we Loki return in that movie
