  Diana&apos;s wedding dress went on display at Althorp House just under a year after her death, on July 1, 1998, which would have been her 37th birthday, as the centerpiece of the six-room museum exhibition titled &quot;Diana: A Celebration&quot;. Parts of the display then travelled internationally over the next few years. The dress and exhibition remained on display at Althorp for 16 years until it closed on August 30, 2014, ahead of ownership of Diana&apos;s possessions transferring fully to her sons, Princes William and Harry. During the time it was at Althorp, the exhibition was obviously a major visitor attraction to the house and estate, and the profits for this would have gone into the pocket of the owner - Charles Spencer, Diana&apos;s brother. Who said, did he not, that he would never profit from her death because to do so would be despicable. &nbsp;So yes, he certainly has been milking his sister&apos;s &nbsp;memory ever since her death. Perhaps that is at the root of his hostility to the King - the fact that he knows that he owes his entire career to the fact that his sister married the heir to the throne and brought him a unique royal connection without which, arguably, the doors to start his media and writing careers may never have opened. Because of his sister and brother in law, he had a readymade public profile to exploit without ever having to prove his worth by his own efforts as ordinary mortals do. It was handed to him on a plate, and maybe he feels guilty, or emasculated, over that, which may explain why his relationship with Diana was, in his own words to her, &apos;the weakest I have with any of my sisters&apos;, despite their childhood closeness in age.

  The irony is that the Norwegian RF model (which Spencer supports) would untitle his beloved nephew Harry. Maybe a good idea though, every cloud has a silver lining 😉.
