This is my go-to podcast. Giles is a fine interviewer. His first question, "what is your earliest memory?", is such a terrific first line of inquiry! You know that the questions that follow are going to elicit from his guests the most fascinating stories. This chap, Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton is seriously interesting. Thank you.

JAMIE LOWTHER-PINKERTON --- A CLASS ACT!!!<br><br>He represents the very best of the British class system: a man of honor, humility, integrity, loyalty and ethics, who worked hard, was friends with every kid in his village, took everyone at face value, and did the best job possible in every position that he had. Along the way, life and people taught him many valuable lessons which he acknowledges and is grateful for. As I stated, JL-P really is a CLASS ACT!!! <br>WHAT A GREAT & INFORMATIVE INTERVIEW!! Gyles is a brilliant interviewer and I always enjoy Rosebud but this may be my favourite episode yet ... Why? Because Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton completely challenged my preconceptions. On paper, he would represent some things I dislike, disagree with or find hard to understand but he came across as a considered, honourable, modest, sensitive, engaging and distinguished gentleman. Someone whose company I could much enjoy. Thank you both but especially to Jamie for sharing, and reminding me not to be so judgemental.
