I have to say, asking is always the best policy on a cruise. If I like something, especially at an onboard sitdown restaurant I ask. One good example, prime rib was on the menu. I asked the server if a really thick cut is available, like the ones served at a good steakhouse on land. He said he'll ask. Guess what, I got my thick cut! One time I even asked for a second serving of ribeye. I like steaks!

I was on a cruise last month and I didnt relaize that the dining room was open for breakfast until the 3rd day in my 5 day cruise. I took advantage of it the last 2 days.

I always bring 2 travel mugs on most sailings, one for water in the room, and the second for coffee. <br>But as for taking that coffee off the ship in port. Not happening. Prohibited by regulations.

On Princess Cruises, I highly recommend the International Cafe.. my husband went there so many times during our first cruise, he made friends with the staff

The tips and audio are great, super helpful. Bu the use of AI is beyond tolerable. From obvious spelling mistakes, to over use of signage that's not logical, to phantom plates and items appearing in thin air... not to mention a rectangular metal grate (not a grill) on a BBQ that it clearly doesn't belong to...
