The Analogue frame rate is so noticeably better. That makes it worth it to me alone.

This is cool to see. As the technology gets older and older it's nice to see a modern console I can buy to play my physical stuff on.

The summercart 64 flash cart works perfectly on the Analogue 3D after you update the consoles firmware! 👍

When it comes to scanlines from that era, it’s not just about ‘aesthetic memory.’ The graphics, textures, and even dithering were designed with CRT scanlines in mind, so you actually lose detail without them. Many people don’t realize this. With that in mind, keeping scanlines on by default isn’t a curious choice — it’s the most faithful way to see the art as it was meant to look.
