  I feel like people are using “cozy” interchangeably with “slice-of-life”, which is the thing people are really trying to capture when they call something “cozy”. To me Emily Wilde &amp; Howl’s Moving castle capture a similar cataloguing the day to day often mundane activities of the people involved, and the repetition or low stakes of that can be cozy in its own way even while scary things are happening—until suddenly we’re getting roped into something much bigger scope.
