  I remember the psych said &quot;she was told&quot; thats what I reacted to back then. She did not remember herself, she was told.

  I recall one of the Commonwealth&apos;s experts stating that when she came out of the coma she was told what happened.

  The last prosecution witness actually said that he found in the records that Lindsay was not aware of what had happened. She was told what happened.

  Judge Sullivan says in one breath, &quot;I&apos;m not making any decisions now and I&apos;m taking it all under advisement.&quot;<br>In the very next breath he asks, &quot;when can we reschedule the retrial?&quot;<br>Give me a break.<br>This judge, like far too many judges in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts seems to believe he works for the DA&apos;s office.<br>Just ridiculous

So definitely not the first time he&apos;s at least honored that she doesn&apos;t remember. Then you have the witness that said she was told what happened

  Reddington said that laypeople got confused about Lindsay admitting to killing her children due to not bifurcating the components of the trial, but heck - it even confused Bob and Ali. They both said her guilt was not up for discussion due to the stipulation. But here it is - she never admitted it!

  MORTAL SIN. Holdout is “devout catholic” Everyone talked about prosecutions mortal sin question being an attempt to throw case but I think is was meant to do sway a juror. She knew about him or guessed there’d be a catholic juror. THATS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. This comment wasn’t handled properly by the court and now we are here.

  I am wondering what Bob and Ally are thinking now that Reddington is casting doubt on PC? These are great points IMO. What if PC did do something and LC is punished for it. Why is that so hard to believe?! It’s doubt.
