  This is such a mess. Glad that Adam &nbsp;Lally’s testimony is done. We are still on this 84 year journey together with this case.

  Lally is the go-to example as to why “trust, but verify” must be bashed into our heads until the end of time. A friend accidentally dropped their credit card in my car, and while I told them asap, I also told them to check their credit card account status/history to make sure everything was clear. Not because I think they don’t trust me, but because someone else could have seen the card in my car and found a way to steal their info. There are some things that are too bloody sensitive to leave to blind faith, and many examples of this in history are written in blood.

  This state, the birthplace of John Adams, has become so comfortable with the casual corruption. At first I was shocked they’d let cameras in to show the world how biased MSP and the courts are against defendants. But is the water they swim in. It’s just another day for them.

  I think the Defense kept asking the same question in a different way to get him to say he failed to do his job. He kept side stepping in his answer and that&apos;s why we had so many circles. I do wonder if getting him to admit he failed to do his job diligently then they would have to throw out the case. Between him not doing what he needed to do and Proctor&apos;s shenanigans leaves a lot of reasonable doubt in this case

  If proctor was so bold to talk like that on his work phone. How can you sit there in good faith that you didn’t think it was relevant to search his personal phone to say what he really think unencumbered.

  I appreciate attorney Scapicchio fighting the good fight, but her questioning is so circular and repetitive. I’m sure it’s a great strategy in front of a jury but here it borders on annoying.
