Big L was one of the first rappers that I discovered when I was going through that teenage phase when you wanna find your own music, I even made a presentation about him in school, lol
RIP L❤️

Big L was the definition of "ill". Its so sad to see someone that was such lyrical genius be put to rest early. No offence to the pac and biggie fans but L IMO would of superseded them all. RIP brother

I'm 50 and grew up listening to BIG L and have him on my workout playlist and my 21 year old daughter saved my playlist and started listening to him and now her and her friends are hooked. Now they want to know why he doesn't have more albums and I told them because he was taken way too soon. In my opinion there has never been and will never be another one like him period! Taken way too soon RIP BIG L!

My favorite rapper EVER! Had the privilege of meeting him in Grands Tombs, saw him at a basketball game, and he preformed at a club I was at. Thank you for this documentary!! #BigLRIP🙏🏿

L and Guru, but mainly L almost ruined rap for me cuz of how good they were. L was easily the best to ever do it, ironically enough him getting killed was hip hops biggest L, I always like to think what he'd make of his career if he was still around. Rest in power to L & Guru.
