Get me a time machine back to the 90's when we all loved life and trance music 53 years young in 2025

I'm now 45 years old and I just want to get up and rave listening to this. Paul O is a legend. I loved the rave scene bc you could be anyone, dress any way you wanted and you were accepted. It wasn't about hooking up or the sexiest dance; it was about feeling the music and just dancing all night.; and if you didn't feel like dancing, you could spark up an intelligent conversation with just about anyone. I really miss this. I think my kids would laugh at me now if they saw me "raving" haha.

Hands down the most influential trance mix ever broadcast. Still as good today as it was 22yrs ago.

I'm a young 55 now, remember pressing the record button when this was played on radio 1 back in 1994. Gotta be the best dance mix in the history of dance mixes😁And his world tour he did for Essential Mix radio is also mind blowing, still have the cassettes from at least 9 of them.

I had the privilege of seeing Oakey at the Cream from 96 - 98 whilst he was the resident dj in the courtyard. One night it took 2hrs to get in the Club as the queue was that long and once you were in the club there was a 45min wait to get into the Courtyard to see him spin. Well worth the wait though as I had some of my best Clubbing experiences there. His sets had an almost religious mystical vibe to them. Some people would be crying tears of pure happiness as that's what his sets invoked in people. Very fond memories that I will cherish forever....

Peace out my friends...
