  It drives me insane how many people think becoming a landlord is just a cheat to print money. And then they act like they&apos;re providing value while actively contributing to housing shortages for people who are just looking for a home.

  First rule of finance influencers, if they use the term &apos;k&apos; as opposed to &apos;thousand&apos;, so for example the first video when the guy says &apos;50k&apos;. &nbsp;If they talk like that, you automatically know that they don&apos;t know anything.

  My best friends cousin sells Herbalife and try to be a good social media influencer... <br><br>They say on their videos that they bought those nice house and truck and cars when they are actually renting the house and we&apos;re borrowing the truck from family to move. 😅<br><br>They lost the house they bought and forced to rent with thousands in CC debt. Can&apos;t believe so many people believe these influencers and listen to them. It&apos;s sad.
