Hello Olga , thnx for this analysis. I will again look back this whole video with a lot of info that you present . I like that you try to come to some conclusions that might be helpfull for decision making. It is a shame that private investors do not have direct access to this info of propertymonitor ! The more I appreciate your presentation. Taking the local & geopolitical developments into account such regular analytical follow ups are very valuable and distinct from all the selling promotions.
