I've had severe tinnitus for 4 decades now. The only thing I've found that makes it go away is to put a pair of Bosch headphones on, crank up some CCR greatest hits. Smoke a joint about the size of a good cigar, and drink a bottle of wine. It totally disappears 😅

Peace. Thank you!! Am hearing better already! Right ear was tested and diagnosed approximately 25 years past. I Was told the right side, lower rear portion of my brain -- the hearing center for the right ear -- was no longer reigistering any received sounds. Just this one podcast seems to have improved my right ear's hearing. Again, thank you! May you be richly rewarded! Peace.

In my forties saw a famous violinist who could also hear his heartbeat in his ear. They did surgery and put more bone between the blood flow and hearing structures. Now 74, I also have tinnitus. Your exercises found many tender/sore spots! I'm going to work on this. Thank you!
