  Well done. &nbsp;The early bird gets the worm. &nbsp;Your one smart smart cookie! &nbsp;Im 60 and your doing what I do! &nbsp;Never spend more than what you can scrap it for and pay the price when you love something and want to live with it. &nbsp;Its how I have been doing it for years! &nbsp;You will never go wrong! &nbsp;And your always going to have items to cash if you need it in an emergency! &nbsp;Your spot on!!!!

  First i want to say I appreciate you and this content very much and your kindness and positivity towards others, and the passion for what you do! Second I have a bit of a concern for the general culture around finding nice items-<br>I&apos;m new to reselling and I don&apos;t notice every nice thing yet, but once I do I will try to intentionally leave things behind for other people, oftentimes. I know there will always be a lot of people who will buy up everything nice, but I feel it is best to always try to consider others, because it may be that they don&apos;t have the ability to get there first due to issues in their life. I don&apos;t think that getting there first and waiting typically justifies buying out everything really valuable, on a purely ethical level, although it may justify getting the best items or the first picks.<br>I just feel if we all collectively understood this more, then it would make a positive difference.
