  Don’t feel embarrassed about being on your own. &nbsp;We don’t live in a perfectly happy world. &nbsp;<br>I’d be happy with a bacon sandwich for starters, a glass of champagne later on in the day..even if I was on my own. &nbsp;There is no right or wrong way. &nbsp;Happy Christmas to you whatever you do. 🎄

  Thank you, Mr. Fiddy. I enjoy your videos very much. I am on my own. All my friends have died and my wife of thirty years left me last year for someone else. But I am ok and feel like a stoic in training. I don&apos;t mind dining alone and just observing people. It&apos;s all fine with me. I have enjoyed an amazing life of travel and adventure.

  Dining alone is a privilege. &nbsp;No need for small talk. Claridge&apos;s is wonderful, as are all the classic London hotels.
