  Worked here for a month. I miss being there everyday since. The owner and chef is one of the hardest working and passionate leaders i have ever met. Integrity flows through his veins in all aspects, cutting corners doesnt even occur to him. Exceptional levels of focus every single day, the accolades given is a mere byproduct of the ingenuity he carries within.

  dang, he built up his Japanese cuisine at RyuGin. Chef Yamamoto San of RyuGin is a legend in the Japanese culinary world himself and one of his proteges ends up becoming the chef owner of one of the now best 3 michelin restaurants in all of Japan.

  The Chef's philosophy to work with someone interested in a job for a month is exquisit instead of putting someone through a stupid interview and ask to cook somethin when the candidate will definitely cook his strongest dish.

  As someone who has recently learned how delicious eggplant can be after trying it multiple times in very mediocre preparations. I think that I would agree just looking at how it's prepared that that eggplant dish is absolutely a hit. It looks so good!😂

  My god, the staff are meeting and going through each guest one by one and what they had before and tailoring a menu specifically for them?? That's incredible.

  You don't need a 3-star rating in Japan. Even a restaurant with no stars at all is worth visiting there.

  Probably my favourite restaurant I’ve ever dined at. The sheer precision of the flavour combinations and textures is truly exceptional. Cooking Chinese food at this level is a monumental achievement, and they deserve every accolade they’ve been awarded. Thank you for this video and your insights into this restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!
