139,000 miles on my 5.7 and ZERO issues so far. I use high quality synthetic oil & change it every 5,000 miles.

Ive taken 2 5.7 hemis to over 200k miles on work trucks. I personally own a 4th gen with the hemi thats cerrently at 115k miles. Theyve all been flawless except for the annoying manifolds. I change the oil every 5k mikes. They may not be the fastest, but i think youll be hard pressed to find a more reliable drive train in the 1500 segment paired with that zf 8 speed

I took one for a test drive, I absolutely love the sound of Hemi. That said, I also drove a Hurricane, and the smoothness and power delivery of that won me over. I think a new Chevy V8 would definitely be great content for the channel, but end of the day you're paying for it, so buy the one that you actually want to drive.

I bought a 2022 Ram Classic 5.7. I got it in March 2023, so it was heavily discounted. Ram currently isn't offering a better engine, so I will keep my 22 for many more years. I get it rust proofed and change the oil every 5K. I'm very happy with it.

Not a truck but I daily drove a '15 Dodge Challenger R/T with the 5.7 V8/8-speed ZF transmission for about 10 years. Best car Ive ever owned. Perfect commuter for me (50 a day round trip) with zero problems.
A '27 Ram truck with the 5.7 V8 and no e-torque or stop/start sounds like a real possibility for me.

    300k-2005 350k-2012
220k-2020 no problems with any of the hemis but on the Etorque maybe not for hemi but I had my 2019 v6 4 door ram at 28-30MPG for the lifetime average on the truck. 23 gallons tank got me 650-700 miles. Best stop start ever so smooth can’t tell when it goes on or off.

Got a ‘12 hemi. It is in shop right now for exhaust leak. Second time - only 80k miles. Other than broken clock spring and manifold studs, it has been a very good truck.

I have a place in my heart for RAM trucks.. bought one brand new when I was 20 yrs old back in 1997 as a 98' model 1500 4x4 5.9 magnum ( don't call it the classic 360, or people get all bent ) .. such a smooth comfortable truck. they still look great tho! I now have a 23' F150 2.7L 😃

See if you can get your hands on an F150 Lobo. The boys on Truck King had a quick clip but not in-depth like your content.

hemi tick: avoid excessive idleing, use thicker oil. Hellcat oil pump also helps prevent it but the first two is much easier to do than take apart the front of the engine
