  Those moments with your kids are fleeting, but just remember there are always more coming. My kids are 13 and 15 now, while I can still remember them both as toddlers as if it were yesterday, it still seems like so long ago. Despite that it's still so much fun being able to do things with them now even as their tastes and likes change. Keep pictures to remember the memories (and for future blackmail), but there's always more to come. Your role will change as they become more independent, but that just means you can enjoy those moments in a different way. I'm lucky in the sense that my kids have come to enjoy some of my likes, so instead of being focused on taking care of them, I can enjoy the experiences with them.

  the massive difference hitting a fighter and watching it combust and depleting your entire load on a bomber soaking it up like a sponge boggles the mind

  Right there with you. Watching your kids grow up is both one of the most rewarding things and the most difficult things. Obviously you want them to grow and develop, but you also once it’s done it’s done and you will never have that time again. My oldest just turned 10 and it blows my mind that she will soon be a teenager. You always see them as your baby.

  using the Schrage in any of the 3 (or is it 4?) planes that haves them is super fun because you can see people panic because of &quot;phantom&quot; bullets. The KI that has them is super OP because it climbs fast and THEN you can use the cannons below you if you turn the plane upside down, it becomes a killing machine without actively engaging in combat

  I find that unguided missile/rockets works work pretty good against bombers
