  Architect here...friendly advice dear team 😊, regarding sewage_ use the waiting time to short out with your geometra the sewage . Last episode you said you are planning to pump it up the road!! And dig a long distance to the central network.  Sounds really odd and to request sth like that from you as it surely will cause you problems.  Why not downhill towards where your "30cm too close" neighbor directs his sewage! Love seeing your updates. Don't be disappointed, building works with permits always take more time and need a lot of careful planning beforehand by an experienced contractor in coordination with architect and topographer. You will manage very well as you are resourceful and great team.  Looking forward to your updates ❤😊

  Matteo should start a channel! His barnet was fantastic in this episode. He’s an interesting guy and should do a behind the scenes from an Italian perspective. Such an interesting build and cultural mashup. Loving  it.

  Don&apos;t worry about losing us who are viewing. We will watch no matter how long it takes to get the house built. <br>My heart hurts for you all and what you have to go through there. Least we know what to pray about. <br>The weather in Italy has been really bad the downpours of rain.<br> &nbsp;That place where you went to give them a drawing of the shed that you wanted and for just 100 more they&apos;ll build it for you. And you&apos;ll probably save money if you have your kitchens done through them. Think positive!<br> How wonderful that you got to see a wonderful event Oasis!   Ok now that I have watched the entire video, that shed builder could build the separate structure and you can place it anywhere, anchor it and complete it as as sleeping area. It&apos;s really worth considering and a lot less expense than attaching to the existing structure.

  Instead of an extension, just do Murphy beds and other convertible furniture. They even have Murphy bunk beds and tables that convert to beds. There are also winch systems than lift beds up to the ceiling (and it’s completely hidden up there). <br><br> For the flooding, put the gutters back up and get a big rain barrel. Great for the environment, and the water will never touch the ground.

  No, the worst part isn&apos;t the roof believe me! I’ve been saying it for weeks! Without proper drainage around the house, eventually you won&apos;t be able to get the moisture out of the walls and the floor, and the whole place will get moldy! That’s the sort of thing you normally do before putting up the walls and laying the floor screed!
