  J&apos;habite Paris depuis 45 ans et je ne connais aucun de ces restaurants ; magnifiques découvertes ! So thanks a lot ! Je prends autant de plaisir à regarder cette vidéo (et toutes les autres) que vous en avez eu à faire toutes ces dégustations. Ce que j&apos;apprécie tout particulièrement dans vos productions, c&apos;est tout d&apos;abord l&apos;amour tendre et complice évident entre vous 2, le PLAISIR que vous avez, chevillé à la fourchette et au couteau (donc vous êtes à l&apos;opposé total de ce que pourraient être des gens blasés !), et enfin le respect que vous témoignez à ce que vous avez dans vos assiettes et donc au travail des cuisiniers et de tous les personnels. C&apos;est émouvant, joyeux, intéressant, intelligent ! Continuez continuez continuez !! Et merci encore !

  We love your videos. My wife and I went to Paris last December and absolutely fell in love with the city and the people. Your videos prepared us a lot. We loved Paris so much that Lord willing were going back this December for our anniversary. Please keep posting, we&apos;ll keep watching!

  I will make it my mission to eat at every one of these restaurants when next in Paris! &nbsp;<br>: ) &nbsp;<br>FYI- at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tpiz2fYV72M&amp;t=1300">21:40</a> when you are talking about your restau guide, the church behind you is Saint Vincent de Paul. &nbsp;It is a spectacular church with 8 huge paintings of the life of Mary, by William Adolfe Bougeureau, who was a 19th century Academic painter. &nbsp;Some of these paintings have been fully restored others are in the process. &nbsp;Catholic or not, these paintings are a must see if you love classical french art.

  Switching plates is a must. It’s a compliment to the chef when guests do that. It means it’s all worth tasting!!

  We just returned from Paris three weeks ago and took advice from some of your other videos. I love the expression on Antoine&apos;s face when something is tasting really delicious. For me it translates into &quot;Life is so good&quot;. Thank you and keep on making great videos.
