  Honestly yeah, this is a respectful ranking, Lucario being able to defeat 3 champions Pokemon, two of them back to back, that’s definitely going to put him in number 1 (you can argue that if Ash were to bring back an older Pokemon, they could probably do the same, but Lucario is still gonna have better feats and strengths)
