  the level of incompetence, Jesus Christ. one cop had the beanbag gun pointed at his chest when he pulled it out of the shop. person put the mag in backwards. the bickering and people talking over each other.

  Rob put himself in danger, didnt listen to commands, was a part of the command chaos.<br>All that put the other officer and the guy they pit, in more danger.<br>He should get a written warning and retraining in command structure and importents of it in those situations.
