  I am Catholic, and I totally love your vlogs.  I have started to read the Holy Quran, and I am absolutely fascinated with its truths and palatable sense of civility.  I have to favorite this one because I am sometimes tempted to anger and feel like I want to explode or displace my anger onto the object of my anger.  Remembering to forgive, like you said, shows that mankind can control himself for the greater glory of Allah.  Love these vlogs!

  The reason we can&apos;t forgive people in the family is because you expect the most from your family. Family is supposed to help you shine and bring you up rather than tearing you down. <br>May Allah give us all the courage to forgive in anger.

  From my age of 13 to 16 I was a very very angry kid. Specially on my family members. Ustad Noumal Ali has clearly mentioned this too in the last part. Now I&apos;m 17. I have tried to control my anger to great extent. Many young teens need this lesson.

  Excellent sermon for any religion.. When you hear this with your heart you will hear the sameness. Big diffedence is we live our lives with impulse reactions.<br>Now &nbsp;I understand why so many of my friends in Gaza tell me not t to be angry or even think revenge.<br><br>

  I have such a hard time sustaining my anger....if my daughter or husband do something innocently wrong, I yell and I bang on things to show my anger. It&apos;s a disgusting habit of mine, I seek forgiveness and I am trying to get help. Make Du&apos;a for me if you see this post.
