  The problem with hatred and anger is ,it harms me the most , it affects me the most, &nbsp;it takes away all my peace , and I don&apos;t like who I become when I am angry , I cuss and curse the people who hurt me. I don&apos;t usually like that state. And never want to feel that way.<br><br>I have been carrying a lot of rage within me , a lot of pent-up anger in me. May Allah sooth my heart and guide me to peace

  When my dad used to get angry, he used to take it all on me. Verbally and physically. I am 16 now and yet this continues. I feel as if nothing will make him happy. I hope that allah makes life easy for me and make me understand why this is happenings

  Anger has done terrible damage in my family and to my life. &nbsp;. &nbsp;.But I am hopeful because of Allah that I am becoming a better person. &nbsp;Less angry and more peaceful, alhamdulillah.

  I am literally tearing up while watching this<br>I have a strong relationship with my mum, she is literally like my best friend <br>Which I sometimes see as a disadvantage because we tend to fight <br>And sometimes I can’t control my anger and I say things that I don’t actually mean and I always feel a huge amount of guilt afterwards <br>This helped me <br>May God forgive all our sins and make us closer to the people we love

  You know what I just came to realised (by the Qadr of Allâh) while watching this. Anger can ruin one&apos;s ability to properly make good decisions.
